Cellar Conversion to create Play-room and Utility Area

The following works were carried out:
Extensive damp-proofing to the entire cellarArea underneath stairs knocked through to create extra storage space. RSJ Installed.Feature wall / storage area created in place of original chimney place. Boxing in of electric and gas board.New electrics through-out (sockets and switches) and radiators installed (carried out by separate qualified tradesman).Flooring and Laminate installed.Plastering to walls and ceilings. Joinery - doors hanged, boxing in where required, skirting board throughout, architraves.Utility Room - Shelving and storage units installed.
