Loft Fit-Out for Storage / Office

The following works were carried out:
 Upstairs ceilings removed.Old joists removed and replaced with new joists.Joists / Flooring re-inforced.Loft ladder installed.Floor insulated and plywood floor installed.New electric points (sockets and light switches) and lighting to the main loft space and eave storage (carried out by separate qualified electrical tradesman.Radiator installed. Insulation to the roof space. Plasterboarding throughout the loft.

Future works to be carried out - Velux windows to be installed and plastering throughout. More pictures to follow.
